The outdoor space was ideal being that it had a large enclosed space that locked— perfect for keeping toddlers safe. The beds were super comfortable & the shower was great!"

"The cabin feels like a treehouse and is in an easily navigable location. It is fully stocked and the decor and atmosphere are refreshing and relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyable. "The cabin was comfortable and convenient and perfect for our overnight stay. The hot tub was a bonus. The ladder to the loft was a little treacherous. My fault as I hadn't noticed it when I reviewed the pictures but it did cause a bit of a problem for us older folk! We managed fine though."

"We needed a break and were looking for a quaint and private place with a view to reconnect and relax. This place was just what we needed!! The only downfall we had was the shower was very small (even for me). We usually vacation at the beach, but we wanted to go somewhere quite and private! "We decided on this cabin as part of our family vacation. We have not been to NE Alabama before this trip, so we had no idea what to expect! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We had a welcome basket and an abundance of information related to the cabin and things to do in the area. This cabin is extremely close to Little River Canyon National Preserve, which provided some hiking, swimming and other outdoor activities. My kids even became Jr Rangers! A few miles away is Desoto State...

"Absolutely loved the stay here. Arrived at the cabin and opened the door, and the absolutely clean and fresh smell was the first thing we noticed. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet weekend is provided for you except for meals, and there are a variety of great places to eat nearby. 10 of 10 would rent again!"

"Rustic, comfortable, quiet and great location. We had a good view of the beautiful lake from the porch and firepit areas (could be improved by removing small trees and lower limbs). Also, the outdoor furniture could have been cleaned. Host replied quickly and check in was a breeze. Several restaurants we wanted to try were closed until Thursday the day we left."
