„Contact with host Julia is fast and convenient. Good instructions and tips. The house itself was not very spacey, but just good enough for 3 persons. Bedroom on the lowest level was good. The sleeping couch is in the living, it was a bit warm there. Shower is good. Kitchen is small. The garden, bbq unit and the swimming pool are at the highest levels. This gives a unique view on the lake. Very nice to be there. At night you can put on the lights. “

„Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem netten Quartier. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Sehr schön, dass der Freisitz im Garten genutzt werden kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht, trotz mancher Sprachbarriere alle Fragen umgehend zu klären, auch wenn sie nicht immer im Haus sind. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lautstärke. Die Wohnung liegt zwar sehr gut um die Gegend zu erkunden, aber in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen, außerdem ...

„We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again.“

„Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) “

„Nous avons passé deux jours sur Milan dans l'appartement de Danila. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée. Il est plutot petit mais bien conçu et bien équipé. Son atout principal de notre point de vue est d'être idéalement situé pour se rendre au centre de Milan à pied (~20 min du Duomo). Le seul bémol concerne l'absence de place de parking alors que l'annonce indique explicitement que l'appartement dispose d'une place de parking. Since the public transport was striking the day of arrival, we called reception that we will be late and they waited for us to arrive & get the keys. Our accommodation had 2 separate rooms that were clean & had everything that person need for short stay. In addition in Appartement was kitchen so we could prepare coffee & breakfast in the morning.
