„The staff, the food at both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Parking is just across a quiet road. Our room however left us literally cold. Old building, 'wavy' floors, single glazed casement windows facing the prevailing - brisk - wind and an outside temperature of close to freezing. Then the heating gets switched off for the night ! Considering that this was the most expensive 'one nighter' on our recent trip, we were less than satisfied.“

„It was lovely and relaxing. The spa was busy on the Friday and the hot tub is far too small for the amount of guests but overall the staff are friendly, rooms are large, resturant food was lovely and service was great. The claret jug pub food wasn’t so good and although the waitress was lovely and tried her hardest the food let this place down! The hotel is large with multiple paces to relax and have a drink. We would certainly return but not on a weekend and we wouldn’t eat at the pub. “
