„There was six in our party ranging from 22-78, plenty of room to spread out, the house was clean and felt new inside, the host were the best to deal with answering all my questions in a timely manner and after our arrival they shared there personal number if we needed them, the house had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and cooking utensils!“

„We had a wonderful stay at the house, it was clean and well stocked. The manager/caretaker Anwar was fantastic and super responsive. I had one question about the gas stove and he was at the house within 5 minutes. He also kept up updated on some approaching weather. Would definitely go back!“

„My husband and college aged daughter stayed late May. The weather was beautiful and the property was perfect. It was clean and steps out to wonderful snorkeling. We grilled steaks using the grill and were very comfortable. Wifi worked. Rex was great at answering any question we had.“

„Great deal on Green Turtle! Our family of 5 (3 younger kids) enjoyed this house while we weren't at the beach, on the boat, or in the water! It may not be as fancy as some of the new beachfront houses, but it checks all the boxes and is a fantastic deal! Will be back! “

„My husband and I stayed for 5 days during the offseason and Bennett House was a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. The house is decorated very nicely especially of note to us was the local Bahamian bathmats and the beautiful handmade quilts. We cooked breakfast each morning in the kitchen and I was impressed with the selection of kitchen items there; by far the best of any rental house I’ve been to. „This is our second stay at Sawyers Seabreeze and we had a wonderful time. We just stayed for 8 days in July 2024 (previously in 2022). The house is much newer than any other property we have seen on Green Turtle and situated just across the bay from New Plymouth.
