The house ist situated just perfect between coco bay and the ocean, you will find everything you need. The contact with the owner, the whole booking process was just perfect. „There was six in our party ranging from 22-78, plenty of room to spread out, the house was clean and felt new inside, the host were the best to deal with answering all my questions in a timely manner and after our arrival they shared there personal number if we needed them, the house had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and cooking utensils!“

„Cute bungalow a block from beach. Large rooms, 3 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Lovely, large yard. Safe parking for golf cart with nearby hose for cleaning off snorkeling gear. „This was the perfect house for us! Two bedrooms but they are huge and each has their own bathroom. One bedroom could fit four single beds and a queen and still have room to walk and put suitcases! There is also a third bathroom downstairs that has a shower as well. I would recommend staying here! :) “

„It's past the end of the paved road but it's well worth it! Over the years we've been to several places all around the Bahamas - but this is the best in many respects. The property is unique. It spans from the ocean side to the bay side - each of which is mere yards away from the house. It even has it's own dock so if you rent a boat you can berth it there.
