„OC is our happy place and this is a fantastic home base to enjoy everything the community has to offer!! Located just steps from the beach and an easy walk everywhere else, we covered 56k steps in three days. The space is beautifully appointed, super clean and very comfortable. All of the images and descriptions are 100% accurate, and in person is even better. The hosts were communicative and easy to get in touch with. „Arriving in our temporary domicile we had the pleasure to meet Jennifer who is a very nice person and so is the condo. The place is tidy, neatly arranged and everything was working. It is located in close proximity to the boardwalk and the beach as well as to shopping malls in the area. The pool was unfortunately closed which was no surprise in October. Washington D.C. was a nice day trip incl. the air and space museum. As tourists from Germany and arriving from a 6 day stay in New York City it ...

„Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! “
