I understand the hotel may have changed to Ibis Budget from Travelodge since I they should have sorted this. The staff stuck to me having to pay the fee and hid behind the Expedia intermediary Mikki Travel that the booking went through. So I am now in the process of waiting for Expedia to decide whether to refund £13 for parking. And the hotel is still listed as Travelodge ...
