„Lovely stay in a very good hotel. The room was big and had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. I don't do breakfast, so I can't say if it is good. The lobby made a luxurious impression on me. What I really liked was the easy metro access. There is a metro station only 5 minutes away by foot, which was essential for me to get to the airport. “

(Knapp 10 min) Ein Restaurant gibt es in den Residences nicht. Frühstück kann jedoch im Zimmer serviert werden. Davon haben wir allerdings keinen Gebrauch gemacht. „Ellen Kensignton is brand new, beautiful and spotless clean. The location is also great and reception staff were nice! There were 2 negative points though: the room was too small (it's ok for 1 person but small for 2). When you book in hotrels.com it doesn't say the size (in sq metres), only that there is a kind bed. The photos in hotels.com platform were photos of obviously bigger rooms (but in the category that I chose to book). The 2nd point is that the FIRE ALARM goes off every time a guest ...

„Eine einfache sehr schöne und freundliche Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Für Personen die gut zu Fuß sind ideal. Im Haus sind überall Stufen also nichts für Personen mit Knie Problemen. Das Frühstück war super und ausreichend aber man sollte darauf achten vorher zu buchen. Wir haben zusätzlich pro Person 16 Pfund pro Tag zu gezahlt.“
