"The staff is excellent. Everyone has been very friendly and very helpful. The room has been pretty clean, the only issues we had were the blankets, which we are not used to not having a full cover and the fact, that there's no international television at all. Staying there for a week we would have hoped to have at least maybe one or two german channels in the tv as well. You can reach the Subway in a 10 minute walk, there's a really good laundromat that offers drop off service and the food in the area has been good as well. We would definitely come back and stay here again."

"The rooms are fine (reasonable size, comfortable beds) and the location close to downtown. Have stayed there before and would definitely go there for third or fourth time. The connection in particular to midtown is awesome whereas the surrounding is not the best - whereas we didn’t feel unsafe. Breakfast variety is acceptable but for us definitely sufficient - just why don’t you get a real wafflemaker instead of the waffles you have to toast? Also like the gym. It only has a couple of items but as long it’s well maintained and there is a working bike, treadmill and some weights I’m happy."

"Die Aussicht auf das Mets Stadium und Manhatten war einfach unglaublich. Leider muss ich die Fehlende Sauberkeit bemängeln. Viele Haare und Flecke gefunden. Die Fenster waren leider sehr dreckig trotz der schönen Aussicht. Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Wasser dauert sehr lange (ca. 15min) bis Warmwasser kommt. Personal spricht teilweise nicht so gut englisch. Beim Check-In wurde meine Zimmer Nummer laut ausgesprochen, was in der Branche ein grosses NoGo ist."
