„The house is very nice. Very updated and clean. Best bathrooms in any house we have stayed in. The kitchen was large and very nice. Backyard is nice and private with plenty of room. My only issue is that there are so many trees that it blocks a lot of the sun. The pool is in the shade most of the time. „No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!! “

Günstiges Hotel mit guter Metroanbindung

"Toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Handtücher nur ausgetauscht, wenn gewünscht. Wir konnten unser Zimmer schon am frühen Vormittag beziehen. Der Check in war schnell und besonders freundlich. Haben nach einer langen Anreise erstmal jeder Wasser fürs Zimmer zum trinken bekommen. Auch wenn der Frühstücksraum zu klein für so viele Gäste ist, war man sehr bemüht jedem Gast gerecht zu werden. Es wurde immer zügig alles aufgefüllt. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Es gab Müsli, Rührei, Speck, Bagels, Toastis, frisches Obst und man konnte sich frische Waffeln machen. Kaffee war sehr gut, Saft und Wasser konnte man sich jederzeit abfüllen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in einer nicht ganz so schönen Gegend. Dafür hat man super Anbindung an die Metro und ist Ruck Zuck in Manhatten. Zum Flughafen JFK ist es schnell und unkompliziert. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis."

"Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, sehr professionell. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Eine sehr große Auswahl und gute Qualitativ. Die Subway Haltestelle ist ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Der Weg und die Umgebung ist dreckig, am Anfang war es etwas unangenehm, am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes hat uns dieser Weg gar nicht mehr gestört, wir haben uns stets sehr sicher gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen."

"Die Aussicht auf das Mets Stadium und Manhatten war einfach unglaublich. Leider muss ich die Fehlende Sauberkeit bemängeln. Viele Haare und Flecke gefunden. Die Fenster waren leider sehr dreckig trotz der schönen Aussicht. Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Wasser dauert sehr lange (ca. 15min) bis Warmwasser kommt. Personal spricht teilweise nicht so gut englisch. Beim Check-In wurde meine Zimmer Nummer laut ausgesprochen, was in der Branche ein grosses NoGo ist."
