„ I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is ...

„I booked through hotels.com and received confirmation emails however when I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation. This was a stressful way to start my weekend with my family. Luckily, they were able to still get me a room but said I should contact hotels.com to let them know is there was a problem with my online booking. “
