Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". „Arrived at the hotel to be told we didn't have a booking and they had.not been on your books for 4 yrs Advise by owner and taxi driver that it was not safe for us to stay in the area as it was the poorest part of town We had to find alternate accommodation late in the afternoon at a cost of over $600,this was a very stressful situation for 2 females I have used Expedia several times in the past with no problems I feel that i should be re embursed for out of pocket expenses“

„We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! „The first disappointing thing is the owners very bad attitude, the price I booked online for the room was changed on my arrival. Because we had to be in the same area and place with my brother I was forced to take the room at their price. In the morning we got a single egg, no butter, no Milk in the tea, some days no electricity and no hot water. However the staff were so amazing especially one young man Edward. „The concept of cube-like lodges is great. Staff is very professional and nice. The way Lusaka's infrastructure is, places are not too far away, but not at walking distance either. It is best to hire a driver, which is very affordable, and people are friendly and attentive to your needs. For check-out, the Cubes accommodated a 12pm versus 10am request, which was a plus for me. “
