„We enjoyed a lovely weeks stay at Nomads Court Lodge. The ratings would have been excellent but the lodge was having some issues with the pool. This was being addressed and should now be working properly. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great wifi, great view from balcony - what more could you ask for.“

„Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms, with everything needed. Nice and good located place to stay in Lusaka. We stayed there only 2 nights on the way to a rural sambian town. The staff was very helpful in organizing everything we needed for the trip, we also enjoyed some very nice chats about the country, culture and anything else. It was a pleasure!“

„The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, water was cold and had no preasure, rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was poor. Sub standard and I broke 1water glass and they changed me K100 a total rip off if you ask me. “

The location at 5 minutes from the main road allows for a quiet ambiance combined with the perks of being close to the road. Only 20 minutes from the airport, Wild Dogs is a great place to chill and hang out upon arrival in Zambia. Staff is really kind and very helpful “

„The single worst hotel experience of my time in Africa: I asked the hotel if I was settled with my bill when I was checking out. They said yes: I needed to pay with credit card since I have no local currency. Almost half an hour after dropping me off at the airport, the driver showed up & refused to let me go through security: he didn't have any paperwork, balance or a credit card machine & started harassing me loudly and embarrassingly all around the airport for a balance for the shuttle. „I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.“

„There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive. The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower). Lighting was dim with no bedside or desk light. There were broken loose tiles around the small pool. Service was friendly but less than prompt. Although we had only one of ...

„The concept of cube-like lodges is great. Staff is very professional and nice. The way Lusaka's infrastructure is, places are not too far away, but not at walking distance either. It is best to hire a driver, which is very affordable, and people are friendly and attentive to your needs. For check-out, the Cubes accommodated a 12pm versus 10am request, which was a plus for me. “
