„It´s a small lodge with a good atmosphere. The hosts, Isabel and Jonathan, are very friendly and do everything to meet your requirements. They arrange activities for their guests and will help them at any problems. The whole complex is created and constructed tastefully. Breakfast and dinner are good and rich. The employees are very friendly. Rooms including bathrooms and showers are clean and commodious. We felt very well here. “

„I did not stay at the hotel and requested for a refund. I have written to Expedia about this but nothing is been done. I went to the property to check in and was given a room full of dust, with brown water coming from the taps. The water had a strong smell and the tap in the tab bath could not work. I reported the issue to staff and asked if it's possible to get a refund as I could not stay in a room where water was a problem. I was told a refund is not easy & has to be done through Expedia. „What a wonderful stay! This unique eco-lodge is lovingly built with so many fun and artistic features. We really enjoyed the cool sleep and outdoor shower but the grounds are quiet and picturesque too. The staff is beyond attentive and helped us book a safari day at Chobe as well, for a very reasonable price. The restaurant menu is a bit limited but it’s so close to everything that it’s easy to find some variety nearby. We will be recommending Munga to everyone! And we hope next time we come to ...

„The place was awful. The shower only dripped water. Weak WiFi. An air conditioner that could only be turned on manually, remote to stop the air from blowing on you didn’t work. The electronic key didn’t work and breakfast was lame. The worst part was the main guy said he would refund my money for two nights (I left after one night and planned for 3) and he never did. He lied to me. “
