„ I would not recommend this hotel until all renovations are complete. At 2 AM in the morning, the light fixture in our bathroom gave way from the weight of water that had been leaking from the roof. Instead of renovating the roof first, they renovated the inside first. We were moved to a nearby room, but we should not have had to go through this! At least not at a Hilton property!“

„Leider war meine Erfahrung nicht positiv! Das erwähnte Frühstück gibt es nicht mehr, stattdessen gibt es eine kärgliche "Frühstückstüte". Badezimmer war die Armatur völlig lose, Spiegel hatte einen umlaufenden bräunlichen Rand, am Boden füllte sich klebrig an! Kühlschrank und AC waren richtig laut! Leider habe ich mich von den Bildern täuschen lassen, nie wieder! “

„Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. “

„My stay which had to be extended twice was not bad at all. The room was clean and the staff was nice.. But I did notice that they were inattentive to some other guests. There was a gentleman coming in with the luggage cart and the whole side of the luggage cart came out and the desk attendan and 2 other employees in the lobby did nothing to go help him hold the door for him, repair the cart Gore go get the other luggage cart and help him put his things on that.
