„We weee visiting some family in the area and found this wonderful property. It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had a few nice amenities we made use of— a coffee maker with pods, washer/dryer with pods. „This is our second stay at the Zen Treehouse. I actually don't want to write this review, because I want to book this spot for every time I visit L.A.. AJ has thought of literally everything to make the stay easy and relaxing--- including the kitchen being fully stocked. What else can I say... the furniture is plush, the outdoor spots are bathed in sun, with birds chirping, and beautiful views. She was warm and responsive when I called with questions. Relax and enjoy!“

„Kerstan is the BEST host we’ve ever had! We have stayed at many VBRO properties & this was a great find. Super clean, greatly stocked kitchen, TV with streaming of all options one could want. „My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!“

„BEWARE- Do not stay here, we had a terrible experience. The pictures are deceiving, the furniture is extremely cheap and extremely uncomfortable and the unit had no heat. when I originally booked this property it was listed as a 5 bedroom (which was a lie) it was two, one-bedroom apartments. „We had the most amazing time with 15 of our closest friends & family. We eloped on the beach at Leo Carillo and had an intimate dinner on the upper patio off my living room with a private chef. We used the kitchen door catering and the food and set up was amazing. The house was absolutely perfect for breathless pictures, especially over off the ledge by the hot tub. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding. “
