The apartment was uber clean with outstanding views and easy access down a flight of stairs to the beach. „This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.“

„The property owner will be switch you and put you in a spot. You did not sign up for and charge you more for it. He also doesn’t seem to respect boundaries as he would enter the property without notifying the tenants anytime do not stay here. The owner does not talk to you, it is run by some other third-party guy who doesn’t recognize himself on Vrbo.“

Just a couple suggestions, I couldn't download the manual on my phone, so maybe leave a binder with hard copy in it to make sure we didn't miss anything. And supply just a few drinking bottles of water or a Brita type water filter. With people traveling you never know how different water sources will effect someone. Thank you again. “
