„It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs.“

Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Would have liked an additional towel per room. Some of the TVs didn't work but we didn't use them so it didn't make a difference to us. „Whilst we only stayed one night after a family event in Chester the beds were confortable and we could see the possibilities of the venue as an excellent place for parties or events. Shame we didn't have more time to use the facilities such as the hot tub and dinning room table“

„Although the property is rural its a perfect base to get to lots of places. If you drive then everything you need is virtually on the doorstep! The property is very close to grocery and retail shops with Chester and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet a short drive away. Gary is the perfect host and we loved the personal "meet & greet". The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a break away from it all. It has a private garden and a parking space directly outside the property. Gary ...

„We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. Hot tub was brilliant, my daughter loved it. We will definitely be back but for longer. “

„We spent a family Christmas of 14 including children and dogs at Pentrehobyn Hall this year, can’t find a single fault with the whole stay.The wow factor 11/10.The facilities 10/10, there was even a variety of cooking spices in the kitchen, tea & coffee etc. Totally home from home.Bedrooms 10/10, spotless- lovely crisp white bed linen, comfy beds, gorgeous fluffy towels and designer toiletries in the bathrooms. „Mein Zimmer war eiskalt. Die Heizung war mehrere Tage ausgefallen und konnte nicht repariert werden. Nach der Reparatur war die Heizung voller Luft. Der Lüfter im Bad war in ca. 1,5m Höhe und gut einsehbar und leider völlig verdreckt. Der Fernseher hatte Streifen im Bild. Auch das Restaurant war eiskalt. Im eingebundenen Treppenhaus gab es Hinweisschilder auf zu geringe Deckenhöhen, unter 1,70m, unglaublich. Das schlimmste, meine Beanstandungen wurden erst nach wiederholten Nachhaken abgestellt.“
