„Do not use this place, it's a scam to get the first nights payment from you. I came here for my father's funeral. I had no communication from owner. Managed to find the property despite it being wrong on the map from hotels.com. The gated security said my name was not on the list, tried to contact owner, wouldn't answer phone. Then had to find and pay for another hotel after landing from a 10hr flight. Thanks!“

„This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner. I tired several times contacting the property but no answer. I want my money back. Got to the property and had to book somewhere else “

„Don't stay here. First you will find the apartment is not owned by the hotel. It is privately owned and has separate rules not listed. We waited 5 hours for the host to show up before giving up and leaving. Expedia refused to refund $ we paid even though the host never showed up to let us in. A housekeeper finally did arrive and tried to charge us double the listed price for the deposit to let us in, Perhaps when pigs fly...“

„Ich und meine bekannte mit der ich in der Unterkunft gewesen bin , können diese nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir haben erstmal 1.5 stunden gebracht um diese Wohnung zu finden, da es dort unterschiedliche Wohnungen gibt. Sicherheitspersonal war unfreundlich und wollte uns erst garnicht weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht nicht den schönen Bildern . Die Küche bricht aus allen Ecken auseinander. Es ist zudem alles nicht sauber. Herdplatte kann man nur mit Gas anmachen. Grosse Armeisen laufen ...

„I like Skycastles and Columbus Heights and stayed many times in this past. Its views are exceptional. This particular place was cheap. It had a futon for a sofa and plastic chairs for dinning and old seating outside. There were loads of locked spaces and it seamed cramped.“
