„Wir sind regelmaessig Gast im Westin (ehemals Kempinski). An und fuer sich gibt es wenig zu beanstanden. Verbessert hat sich meiner Meinung nach das Fruehstueck seit Westin am Ball ist. Die Lage direkt an der City Center Mall ist unschlagbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das wir 3 Stunden auf unsere Zimmer warten mussten. Haben die Zeit in der mall und Hotelbar ueberbrueckt.“

„Spacious and in a nice area. Disappointed with the white leather sofa being so dirty I had to clean it with 409 myself before sitting. The towel and sheets on the bedding looked grey do to dinginess. Had to call every day for new towels and complimentary 2 bottles of water a day. Cleaning is done only twice a week. “
