„Die Unterkunft hat Residences / Wohnungen und ist somit kein Hotel. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Haus, das Dinner Restaurant war geschlossen an allen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes. Tägliches Zimmerservice nur für zusätzlich 100$ pro Tag. Somit keine frischen Handtücher........Keine Minibar im Zimmer und eine dürftige Infrastruktur - minimarkt - ca 10min Fussmarsch. plus der Strand aber auch hier keinerlei Service am Strand die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen“

„We had a very nice stay at this Villa. It's just as advertised, well maintained, clean and easy access to the beach. The beach is worth the trip! Absolutely gorgeous!We had a problem withvthe golf cart, but by calling Maria, we had a new one cery promptly! I would highly recommend this condo. The only negative is, the living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable. But that would not keep me from returning. “

„The house was right across the street from the beach. A short walk with lots of beach to yourself. The house was more than well equipped for our group. We had a lovely stay for our party of 12. The only issues we had were cleanliness of the pool (tons of sand in it) and never saw a pool company come by to clean. I wish the pool was heated. We came the first week of April and while it was warm outside, the wind made it very cool and the pool was cold.we rented a boat (highly recommend) to island ...

It was also very clean when we arrived. „Upon arrival we were given the wrong unit number & code after hauling 4 people's luggage upstairs to an occupied unit. Around this time the owner sent us the correct unit & code. When we arrived at condo we didn't have electricity or water until 9pm that night. Someone said it was due to the fires on the island but we learned this is a reoccurring event. We were without power power periodically for 4 days out of 7 and water outages for parts of 2 days. When we reported this to the owner he said ...

„My family and I had a wonderful vacation thanks to Heather and her beautiful condo. The condo is on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. It’s is beautifully decorated. She has everything you could need. Even pool noodles, beach bag, insulation beach/pool bag, games, kids sand toys and cards. If we had any questions she was quick to respond. The welcome guide was great and we used all her recommendations. I would recommend anyone looking for a quite beautiful getaway book this condo. “

„Property was great exactly as advertised, communication was great any time I reached out responded quickly. Have never been to Abaco had an amazing trip with my family. Rented a boat which is definitely a must to be out on the water and be able to explore the area. Treasure Cay was great just a bit isolated and still rebuilding from Dorian. A bit of a haul if have to get into Marsh Harbor and have to cross water to get to other islands. I would definitely consider returning to this rental if ...

„This property was located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches! We have been to the Abacos before, but this was our first time to Treasure Cay. Ivan, the host, was fast with communication and helped us with all questions. He even helped to coordinate transportation to the Green Turtle Ferry one day. „3/20-3/30/2025. Beachside Escape is steps away from one on the most beautiful beaches in the world. Combine that with a very comfortable. well-appointed and equipped villa, with helpful, on-site staff, and you have a real winner. We've been to TC 5 times, and to Beachside Escape twice. Yes, there was a hurricane a few years ago, but much has been rebuilt, all for the better. We highly recommend this villa, with all the niceties of home, and a very responsive host.“

„The owners of Bella Vista have created a restful beach retreat house with activities such as a putting green, corn hole and bocce ball court, and a back porch that overlooks the ocean at sunrise. The five bedroom home is well-appointed and the owners seem to have thought of everything so that the renters can just come, unplug and enjoy. Our family of 11 said this was our best family vacation ever and we just celebrated our 50th anniversary. Well done Bella Vista. We will be back!“
