„This property is huge and has plenty of space for large family get together. The back terrace and patio are great for sitting outside for meals, morning coffee, and dinner and drinks . Loved the view! The pool was very clean, refreshing and our kids loved playing in it! Large kitchen was perfect for making large meals . Location was close to downtown and made it easy to get around Austin. “

„The property has so many ammenities for parties! We were there for work, so we didn't utilize them all. There were some issues with the property, but the owner assures me that they are fixed (ants in the kitchen, water leak in the downstairs bedroom closet.) Overall, the beds were comfortable and the space offered plenty of room and bathrooms for us all.“

„The inside of the property was great. Bed were very comfortable . The house was very clean. However, we could not use the fireplace and the heat wouldn’t come on. The outdoor area needs to be cleaned and furniture is aged and needs to be cleaned and cushion need to be replaced. The game room was a big plus and very enjoyable for entertaining. The complimentary coffee and creamer was nice to have unfortunately the creamer cups were old and spoiled. Overall, it was a great house, very spacious and ...

„Very clean and well appointment house. Nice neighboorhood and within a short drive of shopping and restaurants. Ample space for 8+ guests. We had just 4 and had more than enough room. Great location 15 - 20 minute drive to all of the Austin locations. We will stay here again!“
