La Villa des Rouvières

The Villa des Rouvières is a gem nestled between the Provençal countryside and the famous calanques, just 10 minutes from Cassis.

This spacious villa, located in a hamlet in the heart of the vineyards, with a refined decor, can accommodate up to 14 people.

It is equipped with fibre optic, air conditioning, a fitness room and a pétanque court.

Its heated pool and numerous terraces allow you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals to the sound of cicadas.

To guarantee your comfort and the quality of the service, we have had this property classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation by an approved organisation. This also reduces the cost of the tourist tax.

Everything has been designed to offer you a change of scenery and a relaxing stay.

Included in the rental: fibre, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, bath towels.

Attention: there is no barbecue, prohibited because of the fire risk (the villa is surrounded by pine trees) but there is a plancha.

The accommodation:
You will have access to the entire accommodation (except technical and storage areas).

The particularly well-designed architecture of this property allows you to live with these three connected spaces or to have your own independence at chosen times.

It is the ideal accommodation for families, friends or colleagues to alternate between shared moments and moments of intimacy.

Upper level
The upper level of the house (accessible to wheelchairs) houses a spacious 3-room duplex apartment. This generous apartment covers approximately 140 m² and is distinguished by its volumes.
When the property is occupied in its entirety, this space naturally becomes the central gathering point.

With its large living room / dining room open to the upper terrace, the 3-room duplex offers all the comfort for breakfasts, meals or aperitifs with a view of the countryside and the pool.
The large fully equipped open kitchen is ideal for preparing small dishes to share.

The 2 suites each offer a large bedroom, an office, a dressing room and a private bathroom for one and a shower room for the other.

Lower level
On the lower level, two additional apartments await you, both accessible to wheelchairs.

The first is a 4-room apartment with three bedrooms, while the second is a 3-room apartment with two bedrooms.
This configuration offers remarkable flexibility to accommodate different groups or families.

The 4-room apartment consists of a spacious living / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. It opens onto a large terrace where you can choose between a high table, a low table and a dining table.
The three bedrooms are spacious and equipped with large wardrobes. The shower room is very functional and the toilets are separate.

The 3-room apartment consists of an equipped open kitchen overlooking the living / dining room, 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, a shower room, a separate toilet.
One of the bedrooms and the living room open onto a large terrace equipped with a high table, a low table and a dining table. It is possible to add 2 single beds.

All the bedrooms in the house are equipped with 160x190 beds, the bedding is of quality and all the rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
There are three laundry rooms in the house, one per living space.

The house is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.

The outdoor areas
The common areas are conducive to conviviality, whether it's the pool area and its large terrace, the fitness room, the garden or the various terraces.

The commissioning and heating of the pool is possible on request and depending on the weather conditions.

The terrace on the first level is equipped with 2 large tables but also with 2 lounge areas.

You have a large car park that can accommodate many cars. The dirt road can make access difficult with a sports car.

Pets are allowed with the prior agreement of the owner.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the park. You can smoke on the terraces.

The villa is equipped with sound detectors to prevent the organisation of unauthorised parties or events.

Events or parties are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties and weddings.
