"Due to misunderstandings my laundry hadn't been done at the time of my checkout (which wasn't the fault of the hotel). The hotel manager and his staff went above and beyond to deliver my clothes all the way to Makkah where l had already departed without my clothes. In general, this has been the cleanest and best hotel l have stayed in the country, and l am definitely considering of heading back here again one day. A way earlier check in was also totally possible with an upgrade that was free of charge. In total, a great hotel that's worth it's costs, close to the airport and the haramain train station. "
