„We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab. „The Hotel itself is a complex of mutlfiple towers, which are just next to each other. The concept is totally fine. I was very disappointed by the room. Very old fashioned. Old carpet (don’t know when it was cleaned last time fully), shower was also very basic. Shower has was not working completely. Remote controller for tv was fixed with very amateur tape. All in all, very old room“
