„The biggest surprise upon checking in at the security booth was the HUGE (Vrbo won’t let me quote the amount) ENTRANCE FEE to the "PARK". I booked and paid ahead of time so I wouldn't have to lay out money while traveling. I don't believe the listing price is fully clear and transparent because the full Vrbo rate shown to the customer does not represent the TOTAL required by EVERY customer. „This was a very smooth, perfect 5 night visit. The property offered us everything that we could need. It was a short drive to Duval St and all of the activities in Key West yet the property was very peaceful with a wonderful waterfront patio that we sat out on and enjoyed. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. I have to mention the incredible responsiveness of the property manager. Every question that I had they responded to within minutes which was very much appreciated. “

„Our trip was supposed to be a boys fishing trip but that was derailed by the hurricane. We were not able to reschedule the trip so my wife and I decided to come down for a private retreat. The house is much more than two people need but we had a great time. The morning views are spectacular. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a full size oven for those who like to cook at the house. “
