„Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs und nicht im waren. Die Angestellten waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab für Key West den ein oder anderen Tipp und Abreiß-Karten lagen am Empfang zur kostenlosen Mitnahme bereit. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und hatte einen großen Kühlschrank, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Der Preis ging für uns vollkommen in Ordnung und war günstiger als in Key West direkt. Wir würden dort wieder absteigen.“

„Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, der sicherlich seinen Preis hat. Da man eigentlich gezwungen ist, sein Essen auf der Insel einzunehmen, merkt man spätestens bei der Schlussrechnung den stolzen Preis. Was und besonders gefallen hat, war die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Von Miami bis zum Bootsableger zur Insel sind´s gut 3 Stunden Fahrzeit.“

„The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. „Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! “

„Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. „If you don’t need a water view this compound is perfect for what I needed. Very well maintained grounds with brick pavers on all driveways and courtyards. I stayed in a one bedroom with kitchenette with ample areas for my small boat. I will be back.“

„We started our trip by spending two nights in key west but also wanted to spend in a less populated are to experience the more nature oriented part of the keys. The RV was clean and convenient to the overseas highway and the National Key Deer Refuge. There were no problems with our stay.“

„Great place to sit back and relax! Lots of peaceful places to hangout with the family. Awesome to walk out right onto the beach (aside from all the seaweed that floated in). Loved the clear kayak and paddle board! So much sea life. Lagoon pool was the best! Wish we had more days.“
