„The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and toilet paper and dish soap. All helpful for gathering with the family and preparing food while visiting around the center Island. The beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean!“

„Ground level apartment directly on the sand dunes. Very responsive property manager and lovely renovation of the the unit. We rented for a holiday in the cold weather, but it would be absolutely ideal for a warm weather beach vacation.“

„Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close. “

„This is a nice place for family, or in our case two couples, to vacation. With two baths and a total of three bedrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy access to highways and freeways to explore the area.“

„From the perspective of a handicapped person staying in the home with family and a dog, I have to say everything was as expected - except the bathroom. We all managed but the step-up into the bathroom and the tight quarters in there were a challenge for a person using a walker. This was communicated by the owner but I took a chance and managed. It was worth the effort as the sunsets, the beach and downtown Newburyport are amazing places to explore. I was able to use my mobility scooter to access ...

We have always found it to be exceptionally neat and clean. We had a couple issues with appliances, and as soon as I put a call in, Taylor took care of everything in a quick manor.
