„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was labeled and organized so well. Everything has been thought through. The windows/doors give a great view! Our kids enjoyed some of the games provided. The waterway nearby was flowing because of the rain was peaceful in the morning. The house itself was extremely clean. We would stay here again, hands down!“

„We spent Easter weekend at Jeff’s property which is easy to find. Close to the city park and walking trails. The kitchen nicely stocked as we hosted our son snd family for Easter dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.“

„We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful house on our road trip! The location was secluded but awesome. The stars at night and the sunsets were gorgeous. Cortez was a perfect spot to go out on day adventures and come back to spend evenings at the house. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The rooms and furnishings were perfect. „We enjoyed our stay here and sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch. Yes, there is quite a bit of road noise as the property is adjacent to the main road, but we were okay with it. We just used a white noise app on our phone at night because it was warm and we needed to open the windows. It was a great base for us to visit Mesa Verde NP and Durango.“
