„Property was just as listed. We had a great stay. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a couple of days at pensacola beach and a ride into the cute yown of Milton. I could see our whole family renting the entire property. Highly recommend.“

„Bright and airy duplex with spacious bedrooms and loads of storage space. Easy access to Milton, Pensacola and Avalon Beach. Great yard for dogs to stretch their legs. Loads of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Shopping and restaurants very close by and convenient.“

„We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. “

„The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative.“

„We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the layout of the house - it felt very cozy while simultaneously large with plenty of room. The deck/outdoor area were much also larger than expected and the whole neighborhood is beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this wonderful property.“

„We wanted to be close to our daughter and this location was 8 minutes from her house. Getting the key from the lockbox was a little difficult and the back flooded with rain so we had to take luggage out through the garage. Could stand some bedside table lamps. House was clean and lots of room if you needed it for family.“
