„The village is very small, you can buy nearly everything by credit card, except the Chinese take-away service. For shopping you can use the CoOp in the village or you can go to the ASDA round about 5 miles away. Finally everthing was really good.“

„I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. “

„A cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes.“

„Location location location. That coupled with a very well appointed accommodation. Do not pass this one by. Easily one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, everything you would need and some. Central to the Cotswold’s and all it has to offer.“

„This was a lovely stay in Stanton Saint John! The cottage is clean, very nicely decorated and has enough space for 4 people. It was so nice to be able to use the garden in the summer weather on lazy days. Otherwise use the bus for a trip to Oxford or London. The Rectory Farm shop is very close and offers very fresh fruit and veg. You can even pick your own strawberries etc. We loved our stay in Oxfordshire. THANK YOU! Would absolutely recommend.“

„Das Cottage ist wirklich ganz wunderbar. Es ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist zentral. Wir haben zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht, wobei die meisten innerhalb einer halben bis ganzen Stunde zu erreichen waren. Mein Tipp: der National Trust Touring Pass. Die Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Außerdem lässt es sich nicht leugnen, dass zwei Straßen das Grundstück einsäumen, was ...

„Had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. The location was great, right next to beautiful walks, a lovely village and local pub. Having the wood burner was the magic touch. Only few things I would say. There is no microwave. The heating came on very early and made a tapping noise which woke us up and the hot tub was a wood fire one and despite us constantly going out and topping up the fire we couldn’t get it to temperate. I appreciate it was cold but for whole stay we didn’t go in it so ...

„We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed ...

„The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten gut und man hat sich wohlgefühlt. Vom Hoteleigene Restaurant ist dringend abzuraten. Hätte ich den Fisch gegessen wäre der Urlaub mit Sicherheit zu Ende gewesen. Angeschnitten und dann kam ein Gestank... Wurde zwar anstandslos getauscht, hätte aber dem Koch auffallen müssen. Personal im Restaurant ungelernt, selbst das Guinness zapfen hat ewig gedauert. "
