„Hallo Community, ich war mit meiner Teenagertochter im Appartement - soweit hat alles gepasst. Allerdings waren sämtliche Herdplatten mehr oder weniger defekt und es gab keine vernünftige zweite Bettdecke für das zweite Bett (Schlafsofa). Ansonsten war soweit alles OK. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war die gute zentrale Lage, der Tiefgaragenplatz und auch die weitestgehend moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Grüße Wolfgang und Marlene “

„This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. “

„It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two.“

„Stayed here for a week while moving between properties. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of St. Alban's, ideal for access to all local attractions. It is nice and spacious inside - and very reasonably priced. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries which was much appreciated.However there were 1 or 2 dissappitning issues - some that could be improved and others that are inherent limitations with the property. „The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

„I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. “

„We had everything we needed, the kitchen is especially well-equipped and we did lots of cooking. The house is clearly thoughtfully put together, but some of the decor could do with updating (i.e. the victorian era marmalade poster in the kitchen has to go). The garden is stunning and perfectly maintained with beautiful flowers which really made our stay magical. Thank you to Jackie and Michael for setting us up for a perfect weekend.“

Horwood house sent me options for additional extra's that I could add to our stay at a price such as cake etc. I chose not to add any thing on as they were quite expensive. Lots of parking on site & parking is free which is very helpful. Check in was super easy & quick. "Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten gut und man hat sich wohlgefühlt. Vom Hoteleigene Restaurant ist dringend abzuraten. Hätte ich den Fisch gegessen wäre der Urlaub mit Sicherheit zu Ende gewesen. Angeschnitten und dann kam ein Gestank... Wurde zwar anstandslos getauscht, hätte aber dem Koch auffallen müssen. Personal im Restaurant ungelernt, selbst das Guinness zapfen hat ewig gedauert. "
