„We were there for just a one night stay. Clean and all we needed to crash after a long day! There’s a beautiful view of the lake and a nice yard as well. The owner was a little more chatty than needed but was very kind. No wearing your shoes inside which seemed a little odd as our feet were dirtier than our shoes. Overall a nice place and would definitely recommend!“

„Exceptional place to stay. Very nicely furnished! The bed, in particular, was extremely comfortable with really nice, cozy bedding. It made for great sleeping with the window open allowing for the breezes to blow through. Between the breeze, the sound of the nearby river gurgling, the cozy bedding, and the rain on the roof, we slept like babies. And the views from the studio were breathtaking. I would 1000% stay here again. Kelly was a fabulous host and provided us coffee and a lovely breakfast ...

„Rooms were quiet until we were awakened by the wonderful sounds of birdsong. Professional massage parlor located directly across the street, and mini-market one block away, as well as bicycle rental. Gated entrance added to our feeling of security. Wish we could have stayed longer!“

„It was really a great stay. Every little thing was considered. The studio was perfectly equipped, quiet in a beautiful setting. There was even a small Christmas tree for us. The welcome from Welcome Center Explore El Castillo CR was also very friendly. Thank you for the great time. P.S. We managed the road without 4 wheel. It was okay with a car class 2 and a good driver. Fortuna/Monteverde is really really touristic. But the studio is away from all this. Don't mind to book.“
