„Because you have to stay for three days before you get your room cleaned ( makes sense to me though and a great way to cut labor costs / kudos to management ) I really would like to see extra hooks of some type for towels. We had two beds ( 4 people ) and finding room to hang towels were minimal. Two reading lights on each side of the bed were not working ( one broke ). Staff was excellent ! „Our check-in staff was awesome, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, to send us with recommendations for dinner and surrounding things to do. As for the hotel, it's very run down and dirty. We felt the need to cover the couch and chairs with blankets and towels, before we could sit on them. Also, the air vents in the room, is so caked with dirt and dust, it was uncomfortable. This hotel was definitely not upto the standards of past stays. I will NOT stay at Country inn and suites ever ...
