„Very quiet, staff (which you will not see too often) are very friendly and eager to help in any way. Rooms are very nice and clean. The only downside that I would mention is that there is no cable TV, only broadcast. That being said I will definitely be staying at Erik's Retreat again. Wonderful experience. “

„Conveniently located, has a back lot that offers free parking which is hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. Most downtown hotels have you park in a ramp next door which can cost $30-$40 per 24 hours. The lot was a little sketchy, but I parked near the building and had no issues there. No pool or free breakfast, but there's a nice bar in the lobby and breakfast is available per menu, looks good. Staff are very nice, and the room was wonderful- all the amenities you'd expect. “

„Sehr sauberes Hotel. Super nettes Personal. Gehen sehr auf Wünsche ein. Konnten ohne Aufpreis Late check out machen. Gute Parkgarage. Downtown alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren 2 mal in diesem Hotel und würden auch das nächste mal dieses Hotel Buchen“

„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„I liked how safe and secure the hotel was on top of how the staff helped make it much safer. The entire hotel had an amazing setup and the very from our room was amazing. The only thing we didnt like as much was the breakfast. The pricing on some of the items on the menu were much higher than we had expected it would. But overall it still was amazing! And i would definitely come to this hotel every time i come back to visit. “

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„Traveled 8 hours from North Dakota for a concert I’ve been waiting months for. The staff were nice. I liked how when I entered my room, the TV was on and it welcomed me. There wasn’t a microwave in the room. However they were able to send one up to me. The sofa bed could use a comforter, had to request one. The refrigerator would make that cooling sound but it barely kept my drinks and leftover food cold. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. “

Übernachtung am Airport

"Das Hotel hat nur für eine Übernachtung nach Ankunft am Flughafen gedient. Da das Hotel nicht auf meine Email-Anfragen bezüglich Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel geantwortet hat, habe ich mir für ca. 30US$ ein Taxi genommen. Checkin war schnell erledigt, es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Obst war in der Lobby verfügbar, das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Tagsüber fährt immer zur vollen Stunde ein Shuttle zum Airport"
