„It's a nice property with great views. There are no indoor passageways to your rooms or to the pool. You have to go outdoors to get to them. It's kind of crazy that we got a kitchen area but they didn't have any solder pepper. It was well stocked with everything else to be able to cook but no seasonings. Everything else was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. Housekeeping kept us in towels.“

„We have been there with our 2 kids, enough space for all and liked to be there. Direct beach access, nice neighborhood, just a bit annoying that here was cos traction work next house. But all good, very much liked our stay here.“

„Beautiful home! Check in was easy. I had a quick question and the host answered very promptly and was super nice ! House was very clean and the electric fireplace was a plus! We will definitely stay here again! “

„It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, conveniently located between Provincetown and Wellfleet. Watching the sunset every evening over the water was delightful. There is not a stove/oven so be prepared to cook on a portable induction plate and grill, which is fine but be prepared. I missed that point! Otherwise, great place.“

„Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room ...

„Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king ...

„Small cabin, refrigerator went out before we realized and we lost food. Heater was red tagged, fortunately we did not need it on. Window air conditioner leaked terribly, stuffed a towel around the bottom to stop the gale force wind from coming in. The beach was at the bottom of a bluff we no access except to climb the fence next door!“

„Lovely little spot just on the outskirts of Downtown Ptown. Very walkable/bikeable. Perfect for those who look for a clean and convenient spot to place their belongings and enjoy their daily outings. Would absolutely consider staying here again!“

„The space is beautifully decorated and clean. We were staying to attend a wedding and we were so close to the venue and beaches. Check-in was easy. All the basic amenities provided. My only suggestion would be maybe more lighting in parking area- hatd to see when checking in at night- almost teipped on raised curbing.“

„Very nice and historic hotel distributed across various houses. Very friendly staff. Pictures on Hotels.com do not exactly match the actual rooms. E.g., although shown on the photo we could not see the sea from the bed. Bathrooms are very old and not appropriate for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was Ok, dinner very nice. View from the restaurant was outstanding. On the last day the nice room was closed so that the breakfast had to be taken in a small backward looking room. Prices are very high.“

"Absolutely lovely place with a lot of heart put into it. Would definitely book again. Only parking is a real problem (in general in Provincetown) as the hotel only has 7 slots. Public overnight parking around is the hotel is quite expensive and needs to be organized by yourself. "

"Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für europäische Maßstäbe inakzeptabel. Restaurant- und Beachbarangebot bescheiden.Zustand der Beachbar 1-2 Sterneniveau. Übrigens im Nachbargotel der gleichen Gruppe auch nicht besser. Zimmerservice auf Handtuchwechsel beschränkt. Und nicht einmal das hat korrekt funktioniert."
