„Honestly, this place needs some serious TLC. I‘m sure, it used to be a prime spot once, but now the floors are uneven, there were no safety features left at my room door (e. g. simple lock, chain), the toilet lid was cracked in half, the AC was duct-taped into the window, so it wouldn‘t close properly (it got quite cold in the room at night), and there was a car wreck permanently parked in the lot. „We loved the location- easy to find, easy to get to town, friendly neighbors. We have beautiful April weather and really were able to enjoy the time outside. We did bring a pet and like the small fenced space, especially for night time. Our only complaint was we are night time tv watchers (and would be more so if we brought our kids) but the Roku is outdated and would not work with any of the apps we wanted to use due to the firmware being too old, so we had to go to Boulder to grab our own. “

„Our cabin on the mountain was Perfect! WE wanted a mountain experience & we got it. Super clean, Great views, everything you needed in the house.The drive up is a bit of a challange, the 1st time. Its hairy, coming from the flatlands...Boulder is Boulder. Nederland is great to visit too! Great pizza place there.If in the Boulder area, This is the #1 place to stay!“

„We had a great getaway in the mountains at this property. The location was perfect with being close to town (but not in town) and an easy drive to amazing cross-country skiing at Eldora Resort. Loved the big windows and the master suite upstairs was fabulous. “

„This place is really cool. It’s kinda like a big studio apartment, but really decorated nicely. It slept 5 comfortably and the kids loved the loft. All of us took advantage of the on-site sauna and hot tub after skiing. The TV is huge and there is another out on the patio. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Nederland. The host is super responsive to questions. Definitely a recommend on this place. “

„Grace provided us with clear instruction to get to the property and get into the house days prior to arrival. The house itself was clean and as described. The kitchen had literally everything, from a French press to storage containers, which was greatly appreciated as we love to cook our own meals.
