„Our stay overall was great, great use of small space! Only downside was construction upstairs which was very noisy and we were not informed ahead of time it was going on. We hoped to sleep in a bit on vacation and were unable to due to the loud noise“

„The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.“

Katie is very helpful and obliging.
