„This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. „This vacation was absolutely perfect. Nevis is a beautiful island unspoiled by all the touristy influences. The restaurant's that we visited were all unique and offered some of the best lobster I have had. Highly recommend Drift, Bananas and the pre-set menu at Montpelier. „What can i say except when can we return!! We were a party of three friends and styed for 5 days. The cottage did not disappoint. It was spotless, a good size, beautifully decorated in a style that suited the environment but with every mod con you need. The view was spectacular, especially watching the sun rise from the balcony whilst i did my morning yoga And the gardens were a sight and "scent" to behold. That evey little detail has been considered and no expenses spared for guests' ...

„Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!“

„ Eden Villa is a gem. It’s not fancy but it was perfect for us and so reasonably priced. Garett and Eulin are the cohosts and they really made our vacation a lovely one. The place was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in and having our own pool and a jeep to drive worked out so well. We can’t recommend enough. “

We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. „Our host, Austin, made all the arrangements for worry free arrival and departure. A cab met us at the airport in St Kitt's and took us to the water taxi. Austin met us on the Nevis side and drove us to the cottage where our rental car was waiting in the driveway. The cottage was very comfortable with a lovely verandah and gorgeous views. There was always a breeze so the weather was comfortable. It is a small island, so it was easy to drive to beaches, sites, stores and restaurants. The internet ...

Prior to arrival host was insistent on communicating through whatsapp which we did not have access to right away. Information about check in was not really provided until day of - after much insistence- which due to travel challenges - created extra stress and concern about the property.
