„We had the great pleasure of spending 10 days at Pelican Point - a stunning, chill beach house that you'll never want to leave. The wrap around porch is the perfect place to spend your evenings if you're not out at some of the incredible nearby restaurants (Drift, Bananas, Sunshines...), and the pool is absolute perfection. „Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!“

„We stayed at this property for three weeks. Brett Williams was our host and incredibly helpful arranging transport to and from Nevis. Also a rental car ( necessary) when we got there. The cottage has a magnificent view of the Carribbean in the distance and is high enough up to take advantage of the constant breezes. We are both in our 70's and did just fine. The cottage covers the basic necessities. Comfy bed, linens, shower and adequate kitchen. Most all time is spent outdoors enjoying Nevis. ...

„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “
