No housekeeping service, terrible noise of the ac even when switched off, temperature in casino was so cold that we didn't want to spend money on the slotmachines, both restaurants were closed. We have another reservation that has been booked for a long time for thursday and hope for a better stay. “

„The Clyde is a beautiful hotel in downtown and is close to public transportation. The shuttle to Sawmill unfortunately only runs from 4-7 each day so you either have to drive or take public transportation. The train to Santa Fe was very clean and comfortable but we didn’t feel safe to ride the free city buses in the evening due to the number of homeless with clear mental health issues around the area and bus stops. We had a car but were never able to get out of the garage connected to the hotel ...
