„If I could rate our stay higher than five stars, I happily would. Marie was so easy to communicate with and very helpful about restaurants and other things. The flat itself was amazing. I think it was built around 1840 and still has some of the original marble floors and hardwood. Everything there, though, was totally modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen, tool, and appliance you would ever need. It’s also in a very convenient location and in a very nice neighborhood. “

„We made a quick trip to introduce our daughter to London. The location is perfect. Close to most of the major tourist attractions: Big Ben, Parliament, the Abbey, the Eye and even Buckingham Palace. Plus many more. The place is clean and was roomy for 3. Living room couch is not comfortable and would be tight for 3 adults but perfect for parents and one kid. It is fairly loud inside the apt. Roof noise at night, sounded like pigeons having a rave that woke us up most nights. Not sure how else to ...

The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. „The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. „We loved this apartment whose location and comfort could not have been better Adam and his team promptly addressed any issues we had and resolved them. Extremely comfortable living area with plenty of comfy seating for us to gather. The finishes are a bit shabby and could use some minor repairs. There was no manual which we have always found in this price rental and would have been a nice support for understanding technology.
