„Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Spa, Restaurants und Pool. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück ist absolut top! Die Lage ist auch gut, das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, einen Shuttle gibt es aber auch. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.“

„Das Hotel VR Rotorua Lake Resort ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, dafür aber sehr schön an einem See. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Gartenblick) war ausreichend groß. Das Bett war leider viel zu weich. Bad mit Dusche war gut. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Restaurant bot auch Abends gute Mahlzeiten. Positiv war das Fitnessstudio, das zwar klein war, aber mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Die Freundlichkeit im Hotel war einwandfrei.“

„It was a very nice stay, the ladies at the front desk are amazing. This is one of the 3-4 hotels in Rotorua which offer 11 am check out (all others are 10 am). The location is good if you have a car, you need to walk at least 20 minutes to the next dining locarion. “
