„Lovely spot. Close to the beach. The accommodation is well laid out and the welcome was lovely.“

„This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job.“

„Overall clean, welcoming, cosy and well appointed. We liked the decking area with gate, useful for sitting out and for the dog to sit outside safely. We couldn't work the oven so instructions in kitchen would have been good. Otherwise we were very happy with everything.“

„We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us.“

„We really enjoyed to stay in that lovely beach house. Even if it is small, it is well equipped. Norfolk is beautiful and -we were really surprised- absolutely dog friendly. All sites of the British Heritage could be visited with our dog, also the Norwich Cathedral and many Pubs. A Highlight was the boat-trip with "Captain Ross" through the Broad (accompanied by our dog). For foreigners: to close the entrance door is a little tricky and needs explanation for tourists coming from foreign countries ...
