„We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! “

„An extra charge for towels as well as for the beachhut, which was not mentioned in the description. Communications: "Sorry, but we need the extra charge to cover the cost for the laundry, and a bechhut like our would cost normally up to 75 pounds/day". A tight cottage 2 up 2 down with not that much space, when you travel with little children. We are sorry that our little boy aged 2 destroyed a light wooden something for two pairs of shoes which stood next to the entrance under the warderobe. ...

„A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. “

„Lovely house, all as described or better. We were afraid that the garden might be too exposed to the road and hadn't actually realised that there was an additional bit behind the house. In the event, weather wasn't really good enough to spend much time in the garden but would have been great.. Our baby grandchild wasn't quite old enough for the facilities provided but two highchairs, stairgates and toys make it ideal for babies and young children. Nicely located between various interesting food ...

„Fantastic place to stay:in the country but not too far from the coast or Norwich. Really well equipped cottage with lovely decorations. Glenn was a brilliant host. If you're visiting near Norwich this is the place to stay. Did I mention the scenic walks. .“

„A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. “

„Ideal for me and my sister and dog. Five minutes to the beach, peaceful location being a short walk or drive to an abundance of amenities. We are regular visitors to this and the surrounding area and loved the cottage. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.“

„Searles is a good site with plenty of entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay BUT. We made the booking through Hoseasons and on two occasions we received emails saying your payment has not gone through and the booking was cancelled without any contact with us apart form the email. We struggled to find a phone number to resolve the problem which is still a mystery. Searles provided us with contact number and we were able to book it over the phone. The online booking system was a disaster“

„This is a lovely little cottage, very close to the sea. The only problem for me is that it does not have a shower and getting down into a bath is more difficult as I get older. Really needs wifi too.“
