„Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. When taking a shower, our faucet diverter broke so we werent able to take a shower the last day of our stay. There is not much of an ocean view as there is a lot of ...

„This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!“

„Kim was there for any questions we had, and the home was super cute. We had a good time. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, there is plenty of traffic noise, as it is on a busy street. No complaints than that. “

„Everything in the listing was exactly as shown. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Property manager was in contact and inquired of our needs. We didn't have any becuase the house was well stocked, but based on all other parts of the stay, I assume that would be handled efficiently. The highway is close, so there is quite a bit of road noise outside, but the sound is minimal once inside the house. We wpuld definitely stay here again.“

„We spend Thanksgiving with friends in Norfolk every year. Typically, we stay at their home, but they had downsized and moved to a smaller home earlier this year. I needed a house for my family close to our friends’ new house, and Tammy’s house fit the bill. We had a very pleasant stay at a house that was a short trip to our friends’ new house.“

„Wonderful stay, it just went too fast. A couple of suggestions: I did not see an ironing board or iron, also, not enough toilet paper for 5 people. You have a wonderful place. Thank you for sharing it with us!“

„Great location, convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the airport. The beach was very nice and not crowded even on Labor Day weekend. My only comments would be that the main bath shower and kitchen sink faucet did not have enough water flow, and the stairs creaked limiting going downstairs for a midnight snack without alerting everyone else. “

„This is a beautiful home in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We could get to Virginia Beach and Hampton in 20 minutes and it's close to Norfolk's airport as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We truly felt at home, and I would definitely rent here again. “

„We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at the beach. The property had everything we needed, and was incredibly pet friendly yet clean. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard perfect for our dogs and people to hang out. The beach was a short walk away, and the dogs had a blast as did the people. We would definitely book again.“

„The interior design was nice for our bigger family group. Easy to get to Virginia Beach and even easier to the bay. Unfortunately the house smelled heavily like pets. As a pet friendly house we should have expected that.“

„I stayed here for a Thanksgiving getaway with my daughter. The home was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, neat and orderly. Lots of amenities provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion and hair dryer. Inflatable mattress, pack and play and high chair if you are traveling with a baby. I thought those extras were a nice touch. Washer/dryer, ironing board and steamer also on location. Three blocks from beach access, easy location to highway 64, grocery store and restaurants ...

„The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.“

"The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you."
