„Parking is super complicated. People park long term in the short term spots, so you have to double park to go up to your room to get the parking pass. Plan on prepaying for the parking garage because there will be no where to park. Otherwise, property is great. “

„Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. „very close to train station, Wholefoods around the corner, restaurant close by, big Appartement wit all amenities needed. washing machine including detergent, kitchen supplies- info that the pool is closed for maintenance came 1 day prior to arrival. i didn't like that, as we were looking forward to the pool. i'm sure that was planned ahead“

„Every detail was perfect for our family trip. The communication through their app allowed us ease of getting into our place. We paid for parking in the garage and there was plenty and the facilities were ideal for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was clean. We loved it and will be recommending it to a lot of our family and friends when they head to Denver. “

„This was a wonderful space for our family, and we were impressed with the quick text responses to our questions! Unfortunately, the parking was quite difficult and we had to park (as well as did others) in a no parking zone, or Uber to our car. We were also surprised that we could not have an hour late check out (I had a conference call ending right as check out was required), and were told to sign up for the app to pay the late fee. „Not sure where to begin, this property is soooo nice. I really enjoyed the back yard even though it was pretty snowy during our stay. It’s clean and we loved all the cool art posters. The yard is perfect. The house stayed warm and cozy during the sub freezing temps. The neighbors are some of the nicest people ever. I highly recommend this place. „Wonderful for a solo traveler looking for a clean, comfortable guesthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Lakewood/Golden area.I will note that because it’s connected to the main house, there are some noises that can be a little surprising, and I was awoken at night by some strange water sounds, I couldn’t place it as either it in of the night. “

„We stayed here while our house was being worked on. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also close to several restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed it.“

„Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Only issue was there were only 3 forks (we had 4 people in our reservation), and I would recommend drink coasters since the tables are wooden. Location was great. Mountain view was awesome. Communication impeccable. “

„Beautiful property located on a quiet residential street across from City Park. Very spacious, modern and clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! The property is within easy walking distance to Sprouts and plenty of bars and restaurants. Sadly, I never got to meet Edward. “

„Das Einchecken war ein wahrer Alptraum, da das Hotel-Terminal meine Kreditkarte nicht mochte. Nach einen endlosen 25min Ferngespräch mit Hotels.com in Europa konnte das doch dann anderweitig gelöst werden. Hier ist also bei allen Partnern noch Luft nach oben. Danach aber: alles war gut (ohne Probleme wäre aber auch nicht ohne gewesen).“

"Uns wurde ein Zimmer gegeben, dass direkt neben einem Mitarbeitereingang war. Diese Türe konnte man Tag und Nacht hören. Ich bin mir sicher, das Hotel weiss um diesen Mangel bei diesem Zimmer. Trotzdem wird es vergeben. Das ist für mich ein No-Go, sorry. Zumal es das Zimmer doch seinen Preis pro Nacht hat. Bei der Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer, wurden wir auf den Nachmittag vertröstet. Immerhin hat es dann am Abend geklappt mit einem ruhigeren Zimmer. Aber das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher und entgegenkommender sein. Das Hotel ist deshalb für mich leider bei diesem Preis nur Durchschnitt, schade."
