„This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. “

„FRAUD. THIS PLACE IS A HOUSE. DOES NOT REPRESENT WHAT IS PICTURED ON YOUR SITE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT ISN'T A HOTEL. IT IS A HOUSE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. CAN'T GET AHOLD OF OWNER. VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. IT IS FLAT OUT FRAUD AND I AM SUING FOR THE TEARS, FRUSTRATION, THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THERE,THE GAS, EVERYTHING. “

„This was our second day at this property. This time we booked both units and the charm, cleanliness, atmosphere and pure delight was equal to the first time we stayed. This will be our go to spot anytime we are in the area! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.“

„We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. „My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more ...

„Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great ...

"Uns wurde ein Zimmer gegeben, dass direkt neben einem Mitarbeitereingang war. Diese Türe konnte man Tag und Nacht hören. Ich bin mir sicher, das Hotel weiss um diesen Mangel bei diesem Zimmer. Trotzdem wird es vergeben. Das ist für mich ein No-Go, sorry. Zumal es das Zimmer doch seinen Preis pro Nacht hat. Bei der Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer, wurden wir auf den Nachmittag vertröstet. Immerhin hat es dann am Abend geklappt mit einem ruhigeren Zimmer. Aber das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher und entgegenkommender sein. Das Hotel ist deshalb für mich leider bei diesem Preis nur Durchschnitt, schade."
