„Phenomenal customer service from the valet to housekeeping. Only issue was how does the bartender on a Saturday evening make last call at 8:45 pm and then shut off the TV with the Elite 8 basketball game on (Duke) right at 9pm and kick everyone out? Craziest thing I’ve seen in a while.“

„Super clean, everywhere - in their facilities and in the rooms. Room obviously had newer flooring, furniture and fixtures, but the structure, hvac, and showers desperately need updating. Room had a musty smell, likely from the age of the building and the old hvac vents and piping. Thats really my only complaint. Beds and furniture were comfy, the amenities - their quality and abundance - were outstanding. Towels were actually soft, as was the toilet paper. Customer service was above and beyond. ...
