„This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! “

„Stayed here in Spring, which I suspect is a whole different ballgame to Winter. Location was great as we did not have a car. As others note it’s a steep hill to walk up but it’s not long. With many restaurants closed at this time of year having breakfast onsite and the option of buffet dinner at the restaurant was brilliant. The hot baths were great too. The rooms themselves were a little tired and basic however the beds were comfortable and the property was quiet. We did hire a car for 24 hours ...

„This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though. “
