„This was a great place to getaway and decompress. The owner was friendly and communicative. The property was as in the condition it was described. We had a great time and our morning routine of walking across the road to enjoy our coffee while looking out over the lake was thoroughly enjoyable. We would stay here again.“

„Property was convenient to everything for the weekend. Parking is a bit tricky/pricey, but to be expected given that it is Lake Placid. The stairs leading to the apartment from the sidewalk was the first surprise as the step was not evenly spaced. The apartment was ok. I attempted to contact the property owner via the VRBO messaging client to alert them that the kitchen sink had no hot water coming from the faucet. I never received a response. „We are repeat winter visitors to the cabin. For our family there is no better lodging rental in Lake Placid. Spotlessly clean upon arrival, warm and welcoming each visit. Perfect location for access to events, restaurants and sights in the High Peaks area. The host is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We plan to visit again next year. “

„Ein eigentlich herrliches Resort, Empfangen wurden wir mit einem Glas Sekt, der Kamin brannte... Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Betten. Beide waren ordentlich gemacht. Jedoch war ein Bett nicht frisch. Es war offensichtlich das darin jemand geschlafen hatte - mehr als eine Nacht. Haare, Flecken usw. Nicht sehr einladend. Es war niemand mehr vom Room-Service im Haus, der sehr freundliche Nachtdienst am Empfang besorgte uns recht schnell neues Bettzeug & wir machten das Bett selbst neu. Als Entschädigung ...
